No additional charges for inspector change requests. Please note work for your project will be completed at the time of your invoice and no refunds will be issued after your payment. By paying you agree to these terms.
What to Expect
Submit any job requests to our email hvacdesignstudiollc@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Google Forms to collect building plans and information. When your load calculation is complete, you will receive a QuickBooks payment request. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive your completed Manual J, S, and D load calculation in your email. If an inspector requests adjustments, email us and we will corrections at no extra cost. Please note turnarounds are based on business days (Monday-Friday).
